Stefan Dotter grew up in southern Germany before moving to Vienna and Berlin for his studies. With a wealth of experience already under his belt, the Berlin-based creative has shot for a multitude of household names in the fashion industry. His accomplished portfolio flaunts collaborations for Givenchy, Saint Laurent and Raf Simons, to name but a few. Each image eschews traditional fashion photography to create a body of work that explores organic shapes through an intense concentration on the female form.
In addition to his fashion-related work, Dotter also commits his time towards more arts-based projects. The photographer is the founder of Whitelies Magazine, where he holds the position of Editor-in-Chief. Working alongside a vast network of contributors, the cultural publication offers independent artists a platform to embrace the unconventional. Through this, it encourages creatives to rebel against stereotypical and superficial ideas in art.
He currently works between Berlin and Paris.
