“Lukasz Wierzbowski discovered film photography when he began to feel exhausted during his third year studying Social Psychology. He quickly realized how playing with poses, patterns and colors in his parent’s house or a nearby forest could really get him excited. Since the everyday surroundings have continued to capture his imagination and have become the setting for many of his photos”Dazed Digital, UK
Lukasz Wierzbowski commutes between Warsaw and London.
His work is built arround the tension that evolves between a model and its surrounding enviroment. He is the master of disruptive patterns, everyday settings become unconventional spaces and ordinary occurrences become extraordinary happenings in a seemingly random sequence of captured moments-in-between. Wierzbowski’s work has been exhibited with solo and group shows around the world in cities ranging from: New York, Los Angeles, London, Berlin, Warsaw, Moscow, Madrid, Rome, Milan, Melbourne and Taipei.
